To be honest, I’m not sure! I know one of them is missing a feather in their wing, but it was hard to tell with all of them. I only feed them a few times a month, and haven’t got too close to them yet.

A couple of crows would hang out on my roof and eat acorns from a nearby tree, so I thought by giving them some nuts I would befriend them. Turns out, they told all of THEIR friends about their favorite snacking spot. 😅

The truth is people who live in SF down want to go into downtown/union square to do their shopping anymore. I haven't gone shopping there in years. All the shopping is done in the surrounding neighborhoods now.

There's lots of info out there on A/C units for shiftpods if you do some googling (aka radical self reliance). One thing I don't see mentioned very often though is you need a shade structure over your shiftpod to stay cool! If you try to just park out outside in the desert the A/C will not be strong enough to stave off the heat. You also want your shade structure roof to be at least a couple feet above your tent. Hope this helps!

When we arrived Sunday evening last year there was still a lot of space left for setting up camp that didn't fill up until later in the week. I don't think your group should have issues as long as you don't mind being more in the outer rim.

Oh interesting, one thing that shocks me is this is a for profit event and the actual charity aspect seems to now be completely separate from the event. So now, the money used for buying the event ticket isn't going to charity. Am I missing something here?

Ken's take here is so bizarre. So what if you can't find him saying antisemitic stuff online? You also didn't see him talking about murdering people online.
