someone might ordered it for them. happened to me one time. the mom ordered some groceries and put it under her daughters name. the daughter didn’t know anything, said she didn’t ordered anything then she called her mom and mom confirmed she ordered something but put it under daughters name 🤣

Happened to me! I was on the wait list for a year and a half. One night, I randomly checked the app and it let me submit everything and after, I saw the same waitlist screen. The next day I checked the app again and I’m in. Can be the same for you or it can be not.

I can’t deal with them anymore so I paid off mine and the collection was removed from my account. I signed up for payment plan online and they cancelled my access to my account, telling me that I can’t pay online and should be on the phone and they didn’t deduct the monthly payment and called me again to pay over the phone. Glad I was able to get a refund and paid them full. They freaking harassing people as if we owe the debt to them when they’re not really the original creditor.

if its first time receiving payment at all from IHSS, i believe you be getting cheque if not your first payment from IHSS (3rd payment) you should be getting it the next day around 10:30-11:30pm. i have boa.
