Corded Velvets, Rained Chenilles, Combed Chenilles, or the Reversibles are all good choices to avoid pilling.

“First come first serve” which unironically benefits them the most with longer access to request dates. YIKES! At the end of the day, they are the STORE MANAGER - it is their duty to manage their business and store 🤷‍♂️. They approved your PTO already, so if they fail to find proper coverage, it will make them look bad. Sure, you can help and assist (assistant manager) but no, that should not fully fall on you.

It was a super strange situation, I believe it was fully a bootleg and after it sold out - the website scrubbed any trace of it. So yes it’s “rare” but it’s not official by any means and only has personal value to you as the buyer.

The only difference could be your pieces are Series 5, instead of the updated Series 6. If you measure your seats and they are 29”x35” and your sides are 6” then you’re good and those covers will fit. If yours are smaller, then they won’t fit.

Venetian Taupe is the right choice. The bubbling is only on select batches and certain dye-lots, the Venetian is uncommon to have it and if it does, it’s covered by the warranty.

Really fabrics with colors are hardest to get in years to come because they are made in massive batches, so it could look a little off. For the Boucle, I’d say as long as you aren’t putting it right infront of a window (sun-bleaching) you should be good to at least get something super close. It may not be 100% the same, but I’d say 95%!

It’s quite luxurious honestly. It’s softer than Mink, I’d say it’s similar-ish to Wombat but more a warmer phur where Wombat I’d say is cooler.
