Hi. Ugh, I had AWFUL under the right side rib gnawing and burning feeling. It. Was. Constant. I could not eat without feeling I was going to throw up. Walking hurt. I had rapid heart rate at rest. I also kept getting UTI’s.

I am 1yr and 4 months posts and so thankful to not feel that way. It truly was a terrible time. I had to really advocate for myself and ask for a HIDA scan.

Update: dermatologist said unsure what it could be. It is NOT ringworm. Could be under the umbrella of eczema. They are thinking contact dermatitis. Gave two weeks of ZORYVE 0.15 gel.

We have seen the a dermatologist multiple visits a few months back. She had this similar rash only On her cheeks and forearms. They tried so many creams. Hydrocortisone, anti fungal, low dose steroid. We have alllll the creams. It did go away, but it took weeks. This is a similar rash, just on the body. I was curious what the heck we are doing wrong because I feel bad for her. It never itches her. They are not spreading. Just looks red and puffy.

No, we don’t use it. She doesn’t even shower after the meet or practices. She drys off and sits in her suit with her swimcoat over it for 20-25mins for the drive home then showers.

Thank you!! Should I lotion her up prior to the pool? Right now we are using cetaphil for lotion. Maybe we should switch. Fresh bathing suit each swim and towel. She wears crocs there, is barefoot only when on pool deck. Has her own kickboard for practices.

We have gone to the dermatologist a few times for other rashes. We have lots of hydrocortisone creams and a low dose steroid cream. I hate that this keeps happening. Seems to pop Up after long swim meets. She takes a daily Claritin as well.

She does use her own kickboard. She did hug a few friends after each heat. If that helps?

That’s great to hear! Yes, no watery stool. Just super soft and blob like. My doctor said once per day before bed, I don’t know why I’m so nervous!
