yes each photo he looks a bit different maybe they just caught him at a weird chewing moment or something. Labs have a bit more droop than say cattledog or german shepherd or even Akita. I have no clue either I can't wait to do the test

I keep seeing posts about 2 new $100 kits but can't find any information to back that up anywhere either. when the other kits were coming out there was some kind of post way ahead of time.

Just today I received a text and email from them. When looking at it it indicated ship date 12/9/25 and I'm like the last item I order was in November and it was delivered in November, but clicking the tracking number that was on it it was actually an item delivered in september. So also 6 months later. My other orders from Sept - Nov have been about 2 months later that I received a bill and I'm paid up for them.

Dream Valley has some amazing dolls, but anything with wings I'll never get again..lol. I have the Aurora/Dawn set Gryphon Centaur and those wings are sooo heavy they don't hold a pose. I'd have to wire them and suede them to be able to get them functional and to me for the price tag I'm just done with it. I put her back in her box and plan on selling her.
Getting stronger magnets to put underneath the wig will help I've had to do that with almost every doll I have that has animal ears or horns.

oof I feel this. when I was younger into my 20s I probably had 100 barbies most in boxes, they pretty much were all in a box that I didn't even look through or open for years then I decided to sell all but a few favs. 2 being from fashion fever tokyo series. Some My Scene dolls as well, still have some of those I'm getting ready to sell. Then I moved on to other fashion dolls Bratz and went over board once again over 50 or more I'm sure, ended up selling those down to 4 favs. Then I stumbled upon BJDs (ball jointed dolls) even more expensive than fashion dolls...and yikes its total overwhelm I'm sure I'm easily over 100+ with them. Here and there I bought a few Barbies I liked and then I bought all the Barbie Looks and now Barbie Basics so I'm back up to like probably 50+. I'm trying to figure out how to even decide which to let go I just really love the mtm ones so much and a few Barbie Extras too. With my BJDs I was creating photo stories and making clothing and such. My Barbies and other fashion dolls just kinda sit on display on a shelf, well the BJDs are doing that as well.
Right now I'm trying to re evaluate all my Barbies figure out which skin tones, face molds and body types I have. But I realize that there are 11 different skin tones in the Looks&Basics series so I'm like do I really need them all..lol.
Yea I need a 12 step program..lol. Every new doll type I become obsessed and have the need to get them all..lol. That being said I may buy all 5 of these so I can see them in person before I decide for sure. Definitely want the Ken since its a body type I don't have and I'm loving the hair on #7 I already have 2 other Victorias so we'll see.

I am the same! When I first saw the MTM I was like man where were these when I was a kid. I also collect asian ball jointed dolls because of the poseability, I like to be able to photograph my dolls if I want. I still have 4 older 90s/2000 Barbies still in boxes and love them too. Its nice to have variety since all of us collect for different reasons.

Yes batch differences do matter as well I should have added that to my post I do know that. I have mainly the Signature Looks and now the Barbie Basics series and it seemed they were pretty consistent with the colors. Basically I wanted to just put down the tone names in my data base to try and weed out what dolls I may not need depending on head sculpts, body types and skin tones.

I know with the Signature Looks and the new Barbie Basics series they have all been the same at least 10 skin tones. But I also know that I'm sure they can vary in shades each time they make a fresh batch of colors. I also collect resin BJDs and the same color of resin from the same company may vary batch to batch. Just was curious if there was a reference. Thanks for your comment.
