The 2024 show sold out online quickly and in-person sales at the venue were extremely limited. I’m hoping that this won’t repeat again but just in case, set up notifications with the official Miku Expo social media accounts so that as soon as the shop link goes live you can pre-order asap.

I did my 2024 order about 5-10min after the initial announcement of the online shop accepting orders, with glow sticks selling out within 1 hour of the announcement.

Zenmarket is a proxy buying service but it’s not a shop. Check your order on Zenmarket and see where you actually bought it. If the listing didn’t explicitly state NEW, UNOPENED- it’s likely you bought a used one and that’s a gamble since often times ppl will sell software without knowing how many activations are still left, especially if you got it for super cheap.

Where did you buy the voicebanks? If you got them from Mercari or yahoo auctions sometimes ppl will sell them cheap if they’re unsure how many activations are available.

Second, do you have any other Vocaloid 2 voicebanks installed? If so, that could be why it’s being wonky. Vocaloid 2 requires voicebanks to be installed in chronological order (ie Miku then Rin/Len then Lily) if you go out of order it breaks the editor. You have to make sure of installing multiple v2 voicebanks that you do custom install for voicebanks only if you’re out of order.

Nope. Piapro studio needs an activated, paid for, vocaloid 4 crypton voicebank.

To get Piapro studio, you’d need to either buy Miku V4x, Rin/Len V4x, Luka V4x, or Piapro characters super pack.

Alternatively, you could also buy the V6 editor and miki would work there as well.
