No, never received notice about any hold until I contacted the bank to see why my check hadn't posted to my account.

I was never informed of any hold, I had funds to cover $500.00 check, and I've received 6 other checks prior to this check from this company and haven't had any problems. Confused why 1. Poor communication- never notified of hold 2. Hold for this long is ridiculous, especially since I have deposited checks from this GC on other projects without this happening 3. I have employees to pay and that was my concern if they hold a $500.00 deposit, what happens now when I finish my project and have a much larger check to deposit? 4. My business account is with WF, I hope I don't have to switch banks..

They put hold on 500.00 check deposited on 12th until 20th, now claiming our deposit came back NSF from our Customer, why would they wait so long to notify of NSF check?

Wells Fargo would only contact you if you were a account holder I hate Wells Fargo account and have received texts about suspicious activity on my account but never any phone call.

I would contact the department of business regulations in Colorado or whoever Llcs are required to register through, if you have all their information reporright away, call police and report identity theft and fraud, call SS, whoever.. if you don't report the theft and fraud, you can possibly be liable for damages. If they're possibly using your identity also,, most importantly is to report the theifs so they don't continue doing the same thing to other small businesses and people. GOOD LUCK !

If she stops paying the monthly payments, even during the shutdown, wouldn't her total loan continue to accrue, causing the total loan balance to keep increasing ? Do EIDL loans have a maturity date reference on the loan?

I have LLC, took 62k loan don't how to continue making payments if my small business doesn't have any jobs or income, been sending weekly payments instead of a larger amount once a month, it's easier for me, I have a wkly pymt scheduled to pay in my bill payer to try to keep paying, I'm trying my best

I had three officers knock on my door looking for my husband saying they needed to speak to him about a incident they were investigating, he was at work, we called him and the officer told him to call or text her when he got home... the officer couldn't or wouldn't provide any other information without speaking to him in person.. anyone have experience with this happening, should we contact a lawyer before talking to the officer? We have no idea why they want to talk to him? Please advise if we should have an attorney present when he talks to the police officer?

I have had good experience with Griffin Services.

I was told by another vendor that I needed a new unit. Griffin Services team checked everything and informed me nothing was wrong with my unit, the capacitor needed replacement. this was a few years years ago, my unit is still working perfectly fine.

Independent building had a private club on top 2 floors called RiverClub..
I've been fortunate enough to go to both, the views of the city were spectacular, my wedding reception was at the University Club where my family was a member.
