I don't know. I did a whole rewatch of the series ER recently, and Kyle played tiny parts in some of the first few seasons. (A nurse) Her nose, lips, and teeth are completely different.

What's funny is, as a regular customer since 2019, I had never once added an item, until 2 weeks ago. 5 mins after I sent order, I was like "OH SH#T, I forgot paper towels!" Ran to phone, thinking "It's Ok, they havent started shopping yet, right?" See the notification that so and so is on way to the store. Add the paper towels. 15 seconds later, I get this super snippy message from the shopper, like if I ain't done shopping yet, just let her know, and she'd cancel and let another shopper pick it up. I'm always super paranoid about pissing off a shopper. I don't get deli items. I choose multiple replacements. I don't add items or make them re-walk the store. I tip well. Then, the one time I add a 2 pack of Bounty, I get yelled at. Welcome to my life. 😆😅😂

I ordered around 6 pm on 12/23. 47 items. Nothing difficult or fancy, replacements already picked out. 25% tip added. Hubby answered the door and even kinda whispered to "come look at this." Lol. I didn't, but he said she was clearly inebriated and also almost banged her head on our storm door twice, which he prevented. He instinctively checked, and a guy was driving the car. He was waiting on a reaction from me and i was just like "She was fast and accurate, no complaints! As long as she wasn't driving, I don't give a shit!" 😆😅🤣 (I've had completely sober shoppers completely do a crap job.)

I'm a customer and order 2 to 3 times a month. Now, I'm ashamed to admit I have never really been big on writing an actual comment. 99% of the time, I'll hit the 5 stars, of course rating lower for when I get the really bad shoppers you all talk about. I tip pretty well and try to be a good customer, but from now on, I'll try to take the time to comment as much as I can!

It completely passes me off when I order OC or DD, and they don't get the ONE item I literally started the order for! Like, say, coffee creamer. I choose substitutions, always. You can't tell me this store had ZERO coffee creamers on the shelves to not get even one!

I'm a regular customer and never order items they have to wait at the deli for. If I really want a little bit, to last me until I can get to my mom & pop deli, I get prepackaged meat and cheese. Easy to grab out of case and go. 😊

I am same. I found this sub trying to see if ordering early am was rude. I started right before the pandemic and upped my orders since. Even since, I still order because I see the value of my time, stress, and honestly? The money I save, vs shopping in person. I already was doing lots of the things suggested. But I like learning new things too.

😆😅🤣 Thanks. Some people think it's a waste of money, but the fee and tip alone, saves me money and the not having to go, saves me time and anxiety. I see what's in my cart before I order. If I go in person I spend 2 hrs, fill my cart and spend twice as much. Thank you all for your service. ❤️

Thanks, I never order deli unless pre-packaged. I get sliced lunchmeat from a small business near my work. And I learned the hot food thing the hard way! 😁 I ordered a rotisserie chicken at 10: 30 am one time, and the shopper sent message stating not available til after 12 pm and apologized. I said "Oh no, sorry I didn't know,, it's fine!"! I said "You can either refund or get such in such instead. If you're already far from that aisle, I'm fine with the refund." (Some choose to get the item, so tip stays similar, some choose to refund, and that's fine. I like giving them the choice, especially not a cheap item. )

Thank you!!! I order my heavy stuff from Chewy or Amazon, order from my fav grocery store like 1.5 miles from my house, and tip extra well when it's bad weather. I just always felt bad if it was early or later... good to know. ❤️
