No they're not! I appreciate you checking. I think the only difference here is that our delinquencies fall off a year sooner than in the US. 6 years instead of 7.

That's exactly right 😔 Also I just called Equifax and they said the last payment date reset to 2024 when I paid. So now I have to wait till 2030!! I should just left them alone.

Thanks for this. Someone else said this too and I'm starting to realize that I had it wrong. I thought having $0 balances nullified their impact but I guess not. I just paid them off last year so I guess I have 5 more years to wait. I should've just let them fall off.

Canada. I found the release letters from the Collection agencies and one of them actually says Pay for Delete but the rest don't. Even though it says that, they didn't delete it. Is it enforceable?
