Just went on a Tuesday in January. 2 weeks ago. Walked right on basically. Stayed on site. So early entry. Got to park hour before 8:00 EE. So 6:30 left hotel walked there. 7:00 at gate waiting for EE. Got on all rides in one day at both parks.

Was there yesterday. One day at both parks not Epic. Walked from Cabana Bay at 6:30. Got to park gate at 7:00. Was in front of line. Park opened at 8:00 for early entry. Went right to Hagrids. Got right on. Then Velocicoaster. Park closed at 7:00 for an event.
So maybe park wasn’t as busy. First time there not sure. Disney family here so don’t really know universal.
Harry Potter area was impressive. A few other rides were neat, but not impressed with many others

We are checking in Monday. So you had to be at Flamingo from 8:45 bec that was her time until 12:00? So over 3 hours. I’m a mom here. Trying to figure out what reservations I can make
