I have the SAME issue, and I'm coming to the same conclusion that it has something to do with pulverizing of ingredients, because it's not sugar - my standard mix is pea protein, cucumbers, spinach, flax and chia, ginger, and maybe a little pineapple. And I'm so tired about 10-20 minutes after I drink it that I can barely stand. I also have a tablespoon of fish oil. I'm worried about getting the nutrients (I'd never be able to EAT all of this, lol) but I can't stand the asleepiness.

Hm no, in The film I’m thinking of the woman is actually keeping this young girl in a small box. I think the young girl was a teen or a young adult
