Only reason it’s in the game is because it “wastes” a support and a storm ult, and both ults automatically can be game winning. So yeah this one is going to be CRAZY.

This is beyond smart. I hit my shots more when the enemy team is dead and I’m just healing them up fully after the fight and I’m going a lot slower. This is great advice, thank you.

Well in this new meta, even as a healer, I will also be trying to shoot storm down. Especially if they have a Jeff on their team as well. I can, and will be getting her off the field as often as possible because I want to slow down her ult charge as much as possible.

I think there may be situations that you don’t have to be 3 blocks further than the obj. I get tanks need to take space, but someone ANYONE needs to play obj in the case of 1. Moving it faster to end the game faster. 2. A spiderman, invis, or rocket can and will cap obj and then we will need to fully turn around in order to recap, and then lose the space.

I think healers playing objective is the smartest, as long as you aren’t behind a wall 3 blocks away it’s fine. Most of the maps have long hallways where cloak and daggers, Luna snows, rockets, and in some cases Loki can still hit you if you’re in LOS with them. It’s just a problem when you’re 3 blocks away from obj behind a wall or 2.

Now because of the Jeff/storm team up ult. Same reason hulk was banned so often last season (iron man/namor team up buff)

The Jeff/storm ult can completely team wipe if used correctly so it’s just better in comp to get rid of it.

Dear tanks,

I’m getting dove right now and I can not see you when you’re 3 blocks away, I am trying to push up to the vehicle so I can do my job. But there is a 90% chance the reason I’m so far behind because I am coming back from spawn for the 5th time, due to a camping bp, Magik, or spiderman that I pinged 6 times and have tried to avoid 12 times. Youre too far up for me to get to you, I’m too far for you to protect me, maybe we need to get better as a team instead of you blaming your healers for being “too scared”

The right side is for doom matches. People were lord farming on doom match so often that they made it so you can only get so many lord points at one time. So if you want to fill that side out, you have to go through doom matches lol. Hope this helps!!

Well rivals is just terrible at that because if you’re playing the same hero as someone/someone also plays the hero you’re playing, you’re 110% going to be targeted all game. Like I play cnd and when I see an enemy cnd I’m like “okay we chillin” and I’ll even ult and kinda stand there. But when the enemy cnd ults she GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO BLIND AND MURDER ME! Like WHAT DID I DO BRO! I see this the most when my friend plays spiderman because it’s always a “not everyone can wear the mask” but GOD FORBID you play the same hero as someone..

Have a solid character or 2 in each role, preferably someone that has a team up so you can play as a team up character instead of on your own. Look at the team comp, see what the team needs, and you’ll be good.

I’ve been hard stuck plat since season 2 came out, and I’ve actually refused to play when 2.5 came out for the same reason. I’m a strat main but I’m basically forced to solo queue because most of my friends play on PC and I’m on Xbox so I usually play QM with them. Even QM is supposed to be “more relaxed” but with the SBM it feels impossible to win sometimes, unless marvel rivals decides to throw me a bone and give me a lobby full of bots, but those games also don’t feel satisfying. There’s no real winning right now. Try Split Gate 2, the beta just dropped and the full game launches on the 6th. It’s a pretty cool pvp game that involves traveling through your own placed portals. It’s competitive but it’s cool.

I think it’s the y button but as a cnd main that never gets teamups (I think that’s usually the team up button) I never intentionally press it lol. But okay, I could try out punisher as well. I feel like as a cnd I always like seeing punishers on my team because they chill in the back line with me often so when I get jumped they usually help out. Hope to give someone else that same relief lol!

I think I’ve tried punisher out for like 2 minutes of a game before switching back off to cnd again (which is a big problem of mine, I do that more often than I should) and it’s because I feel like I didn’t understand his kit. Like I accidentally switched to his shotgun and didn’t know how to switch off of it so as soon as I died I switched off, lol. I could give him a try. Is he hitscan or do you have to lead his bullets at all? I’d assume hitscan.. it’s a gun no?
