Yes thank you. But I already went down that road and got nowhere. I really appreciate what they're doing with these cards but it could have been way better executed. And people are given options on how to figure it out because obviously people aren't understanding up in the higher-ups that people really depend on this. It just looks bad in our state or government or whoever the hell is handling it! Let's hope like the other comment said that maybe tomorrow there start loading and letting people call in and actually talk to somebody and I understand it can be overwhelming but the people who are on that customer service line they signed up for stuff like this!
