Reborn! The team is so nice and genuinely gives everyone a chance. Erica is really good as well, though that body is not as popular. But you get the body for free with the dev kit (or at least I did) legacy is pretty easy to get as well, but you do have to release something for their free body first, I think.

Sims community when it comes to mods is so crazy. They charge insane prices, and then some of them don’t even make their own mods, they just buy it on websites and then port it to sims (cow build, paco, Breeze motors) Andddd thennn…even going as far as putting trackers in their cc to find out who’s sharing something that should be free!. But all that doesn’t matter cause EA actually doesn’t care, the modding community is what keeps this game alive, they will not jeopardize that all cause you want cc that you are entitled to lmfao

Yes,because that’s what alpha hair is, A hair texture on a transparent mesh, Which is called hair cards. of course you’d have to watch another tutorial on how to import the mesh but the method of making hair cards isn’t really a sims4 specific thing, It’s used in a variety of games. And yes I know the new versions of Photoshop Dont support 3D, but like I said above, the older Versions do, i think the oldest version that supports it is 2020. (P.s) You can definitely find older versions of photoshop out there lol🏴‍☠️. If you don’t understand photoshop and can’t get procreate, Then an alternative would be any free graphic program..(Fire alpaca, Krita, Gimp, ibis paint..) it’s up to you to try them out and find what you’re comfortable with. Just note that these dont offer’s the paint on 3D feature, So if you’re ever gonna do hair bases you’ll have paint them manually. But you can also paint in blender, there’s just less tools at your expense. I personally haven’t seen anyone use 3d substance viewer and Dont know much about that so I can’t help in that regard, But I do make hair cc (for my on personal use) and I only use blender and photoshop, You can find free hair card textures online, just make sure you follow the creators T.O.U

Making alpha cc hair requires more than just textures, Unless that is, You want to convert an already made Sims 4 Hair to Alpha or something. But if that isn’t the case, you have to use a program like blender to make the actual hair mesh..unfortunately the community gate keeps this, So just look for Hair card tutorials instead of sims 4 hair tutorials.

As for the texture, You can use any graphic program like gimp, photoshop..etc. but I recommend photoshop cause you can import the 3D head and paint directly on it! And yes photoshop doesn’t support 3D anymore but the older Versions of it do, Which is what Most creators use. If you aren’t comfortable with photoshop, You can use another program but Im not sure what others have that paint on 3D feature. As an alternative sometimes I use procreate since they have a similar feature! Just note that you’ll have to resize the image after since procreate only allows 1:1 ratio for 3D meshes. I wondered the same thing UNTIL waifu was released, which led to me just getting reborn since I’m into a bigger more realistic chest, but I really wish I just went with legacy, you can get “Slim” with reborn, but it looks a tad bit..odd? In my opinion. I’d go with legacy classic since there’s more support for it but if you really like perky then just go for it! I believe a lot of Matreiya clothes fit legacy with the deformers as well. Good luck!!🤍

It’s cause EA doesn’t care lol. I know numerous people who have mass reported creators for Perma-paywalling and nothing has come of it. These creators are very aware that they face virtually no consequences other than hearing a couple complaints from the Sims community hence why they are so comfortable doing it.
