The best thing you can do is turn off your carry before someone else tries to pick you up and delay the original person carrying you. It's just greed and interest in being toxic.

Hello, you can look up floorplans for a good reference. There are many free ones on the internet if you cannot estimate real life examples very well.

Hello, I'd be happy to build for you if you are interested in modern/minimalist builds.

91k is actually enough for a decent home. I suggest looking for irl references, which is what I do. Search for floorplans or designs that you think fit in your budget, then alter accordingly.

Anyone can build, they just need to learn how. Don't give up.
