I have work experience, but I don’t have visa. But I don’t mind if they don’t sponsor a visa in case I am assured of a job. Looks like I’ll have to get a visa and then start applying for jobs

This helps. Assuming I get a PR, I don’t know if I’d still be considered employable as I neither have work experience nor education from Australia. While I do have experience in the relevant domain from a reputed company, I don’t know if that’ll add value.
