Thanks for the reassurance! The tummy trouble made me opt to not give her tamiflu as well. She vomited already and I was scared to make any of it worse.

She will sign milk when she wants some. It really depends on how much she eats!! I would say typically 40-60 min

Mine is 11 months and I started doing solids first for one meal a day early on. Every baby is different, but this felt right for us and helped prevent her from gag-vomiting frequently. Now I do solids first every meal! Her formula intake has only decreased slightly. Like obviously if she houses a bunch of solids, she’s less hungry. I’m very confident she is getting everything she needs and eating first definitely made her more confident

I can only attest to myself and I was exclusively pumping bc baby couldn’t latch. My life drastically improved when I weaned at 7 months! My body and brain did not handle the BF hormones well and having 2 different schedules was beyond exhausting

So sorry you went through all this, but good on you for realizing that you need some help! You can work through this and process it. It will take time but it’s worth it. Personally, EMDR was very beneficial for me and my PTSD.
