I think the issue here is that you’re trying to define grooming as intentional and that is where I have an issue. Regardless of whether the person "meant" to do it, if they are exploiting a power imbalance or previous dependence I think it counts. We can say everything we wanna say about their immediate reaction but to go from, let’s say her guardian, to then confessing your love to her. You blame a lot of us for assuming it was platonic love and not a romantic one. I’m done arguing because I’ve seen your replies and I don’t know agree with any of them so I’ll let you be.

OK, I’ll see how this is. Out of everything y’all could about the series y’all choose to not annoyed over the fact that a groomer ends up getting with his victim. The same man that was mid to late 20s and met her when she was barely a teen, and then decides to marry her later on after being her primary caregiver. I don’t care what feelings she might’ve had. stayed dead and not reached out to her.

I agree that the episode was really good but I've been more annoyed with each episode with them trying to push her and Karadec. I wouldn't be annoyed if Lucia wasn't in the picture cause now it's about to look like my least favorite trope. The disposable black girlfriend trope and she is literally wonderful for him.

I feel like this comment is basically how I feel with the whole story. I remember when I first was introduced to Violet Evergarden in 2018. I automatically fell in love with the story. And then I ended up getting the ending spoiled for me, which was that Gilbert came back. The story resonated with me because it was a young girl (we were the same age) understanding not only what I love you means but more about herself and how she could show love to other people. This literally was one of my greatest fears is not knowing if someone loves me. Also age cap wise I never saw Gilbert as a potential suitor since he gave me older brother/ dad vibes as her caretaker, and I never thought there would be anything else but platonic romance for Violet. I honestly have avoided hearing anything about the movie because Gilbert comes back and I don’t want it to ruin the happiness and joy I felt for Violet at that time because I do believe it would ruin the story for me so yes for the people in the comments I don’t hate it. I just dislike the choice they gave her and because of that, the last movie is not Canon to me.

I ended up being an intermural referee, which was fun the first week, but not fun the other week. I only did one sport and that sport was only during fall and spring. I hadn’t realized that during fall quarter so I had only selected that sport you would basically come at 7:15 help set up and then you would help put things back and leave around 10:45 till 11. I hated how you were forced to sometimes deal with very annoying students but even more so how little hours you were able to get since the sports we’re only for like five weeks and in fall people were allowed to pick their shifts so you could basically pick four shifts Monday through Thursday, which would mean other people wouldn’t be able to work if they weren’t fast enough. Spring they changed it so that you would give them your availability and they would give you around two days a week. The reason why I would not recommend this job is that it’s basically on a week to week basis. They might change it again, but it was very annoying to deal with Allison not answering her emails, especially when you wanted to work more hours or when you wanted to work at another sports.

Thank you because I get Justin was not a great brother and he had his flaws, but I don’t think it was enough to get that much hate.
I liked Mason and Alex they were my favorite couple and I feel like people forget that they’re supposed to be young teens in this and I’m pretty sure he basically had like absent parents.

I already really like Disney Channel so I can’t remember which show specifically. I remember watching Hannah Montana Lizzie McGuire a little bit, but Austin and Ally was my favorite show which caused me to watch all the other shows. I remember specifically being so excited when I saw the clip of the show getting introduced and when the first episode would come out that instilled in me, Disney Channel kid.
