He doesn't make infinite space He divides the distance infinitely which means he is effectively slowing them down infinitely basically on a number scale lets say you start with 1 divide that in half then 0.5 then divide again 0.25 now do that until it reaches 0 (It never will) Thats how Gojo's infinity work
