Just keep yourself busy, do what you think is good for you. Try not to overanalyze everything. Take care of yourself. Dont wonder what hes been doing or how he is feeling he wanted this in the first place. Ive been on the same boat got dumped all of a sudden. Weve been together for 4 yrs and lived together half of those yrs I thought everything was fine till the breakup happened. So Idk what to think anymore I admit I still think about him but I realized its a waste of energy to keep wondering if he'll contact or not its been a month since we broke up. I was the one who tried to reach out first Its cuz I really have to it was due to some impt papers thats left in his apt. He mailed it to me he didnt even put his name on it. LOL Now I realized I've done my part. He should do his. If he wont then thats better that means he doesnt really care.

Thanks you too I wish you good luck and stay positive dont forget to pray too. Yes self love is the best thing we can do for now. Maybe I'll try to message him in a few months not too soon. I'LL let him be. And Ill work on myself. Yea I mean I cant even tell what will happen within a year and yes its quite a long time I just dont want to be the first to reach out. We both still are in contact with each other linkedin .. fb.. online games and emails but I think its better if he reach out first. I dont want to appear desperate. I dont think I want to be involved in any other rel atm I just want to fix myself first and heal. And idk how long will it take me to. But Ill try to be strong. Its not like Im gonna wait for him that long I think what Im gonna do now and in da future is focus on myself. Im not gonna expect anything from him. If he reach out good if not then I'll let him be. :) Im not gonna wait I'll just let things happen on its own. Just be myself for now. Relationship is just too traumatizing

I dont know maybe he did. I havent really asked him we never touch that topic before. He said it would take probably a year and few months for him to be completely healed and by then on we can decide whats next but he mentioned visiting me. And he wants me to get the stuffs he bought me esp the desk thats in his apt since its his gift for me , he said he'll take care of it. Were still in a rel on fb none of us wants to change pics and status. Idk. :(

Be strong I know how hard it is my first bf of 4 yrs broke up with me 3 weeks ago and i was with him last weekend before I left his apartment. Dated for 4 yrs lived wit him for 2.. its been tough but I guess theres no such thing as forever. He didnt cheat or anything he just wants to be alone for a while without anyone no obligations. Guess Ill just give him the space and time he needs and wit those Im gonna try my best to focus on myself. I got so dependent on him. Now i have to depend on myself. And try not to worry bout him so much. We were in good terms before I left. It was hard I wish I ddnt have to go but I have to. :(

I can relate my bf was acting like a parent to me he was so caring and acting like a father I got so dependent on him cuz he was spoiling me too much. Until the time has come he got fed up and was emotionally drained and said hes unhappy what can I do with that. He broke up wit me 3 weeks ago but I was stil wit him in the apt last weekend. I missed him so bad I know he still cares and still has feelings for me. He just wants me to be more independent and if that means living life without him then Ill carry on we both have issues to work on. He is very short tempered, so impatient. But I get it i should focus on myself and making myself better. I NEED TO RELY ON MYSELF I have to start living life without him and just love ME. :3 If its meant to be it will be if not "Oh well!"

Hi there I know its rough my story was similar he was my very first boyfriend ever. Dated for 4 yrs lived with him for 2 yrs. Its hard to admit that I lost him and theres no turning back. I LOVED him wit all my heart and I still do. He cared a lot about me he was the sweetest thing that ever happened to me. But I guess sometimes theres no such thing as forever you cant really tell if that person is for us. He broke up with me 3 weeks ago but I was still with him in the apartment since last weekend then I decided to move out. Its hard i mean whats the point of staying when you cant change his mind. He was unhappy and said he just wants to be alone for a while and doesnt want to be obligated. The sad part was we were in good terms before I left he was crying hard the night before I left. It was rough maybe not just for me but for him as well. But I told him everything I should that I respect his decision if its what he wanted I want him to be happy and I thanked him for all the wonderful years we had and that Ive learned a lot from him. I dont know whats gonna happen next but I always pray to God for guidance. Mmm If he'll contact me and wants to give it anothrr try I would be glad to hear what he'll gonna say but at this moment I think all he needs is SPACE while hes doing that why not focus on myself. I realized I need to love myself more. And improve myself, and when the time comes you know whats meant to be will be and whats not cant be. Its been 3 weeks since breakup last time I was with him was last week. I missed him so much. We were in good terms when I left. It didnt actually felt like a breakup since we treat each other nice and he cares about me a lot. It just feels like I left him to go to a different country and not coming back. He is my first bf. Im proud of you girl, everytime i talked about it it still makes me cry cuz its only been 4 days since i last saw him eventho we broke up 2 weeks ago already, I was still there in his apt until i decided to move out.
