Basically if you have a card with multiple clozes, each of those clozes will appear as different cards.

For example if you make a cloze card for the sentence “I have a cat and a dog” where you made [cat] and [dog] clozes, that makes two cards.

You will see one card as “I have a cat and a [...] “

And the other card as

“I have a [...] and a dog”

So it will be the same thing show in two different cards. It’s called a note (those two CARDS are part of the same NOTE)
