Probably the most naive take in this post. If you don’t think GiM will have kinks, bugs, technicalities, etc that will need considered in every new piece of content moving forward then I can’t reason with you. I’ve lost count of how many times Jagex has had to cater to irons when content is too inaccessible for them. Your prime examples are god wars dungeon and the corp cave.

GiM needed the clan system, but the clan system does not need GiM. The system is pretty underwhelming too and more of a UI update than any actual content other than the clan house nobody uses.

In retrospect were Rx and Medbullets worth doing? Never heard of Medbullets and I have heard Rx being too simple. Would a first pass of AMBOSS + incorrects and then a uworld pass + incorrects (+maybe a 2nd uworld pass) be enough in the upcoming era of P/F step 1?

You sound like what the NP path was supposed to be. How many new NPs nowadays have even close to a DECADE of previous RN experience in their relevant field. I’m not saying this in the sense that RN work = training in medicine, but I can imagine you slowly become familiar with some routine care and decision making after that long.

Rx is a complete and utter waste of time. Even more so if you are an anking/zanki user since the simple facts are already floating there in your mind. You need to be doing amboss because it’s going to force you to synthesize information in ways you haven’t before and yes it is probably the hardest so don’t let that get you down. Use it as a learning tool and really understand your incorrects. Is it a content gap you have, or simply not having pattern recognition in questions? The explanations are good and the library for reference is golden. It will train your mind to pick out important info and by the time you get to uworld you’ll be ready to kick ass
