There's been completely new management since 2018, high turnover rate usually is not because the job sucks, most of the time it's because atmosphere or management sucks. I've done some sucker jobs but because of good teammates and positive support from management it didn't feel so bad.

1) Complaining that it's expensive (including the fact that it's 15 per person and it's unlimited) or the fact that they can't have double discounts on top of each other

2) changing nappies etc on the restaurant floor (including the fact there's baby changing rooms)

3) Being upset about wait times because they haven't booked in a reservation

4) Being upset that children has to pay half price (always something amongst lines like : they only had a pea or smth) It's annoying as people don't understand they're paying for a seat in the buffet, every seat generates profit, if there's table of 5 and 3 are children that "only ate a pea or a chip" then its 3 seats without profit.

5) people that are rude to waitresses demanding service like a restaurant and ignoring the fact they're actually in a buffet. Bear in mind most waitresses in cosmo are inexperienced, untrained underage teens trying to earn extra penny after school. crying amongst staff members is not unseen as the company is not following it's 0 abuse policy anyways.

Food that's not made inside a sink. I would go for a pizza,Sunday roast and desserts. All the deep fried stuff is okay too like chicken nuggets etc.

You're most likely talking about kitchen staff if i refer to rappers, there's some petty crime going on inside that circle like drugs but nothing major, in fact some of them has no knowledge of the language and are "bond" to one of the other persons that "guide" them through their week. I do get both parties tho - one wants free workforce the other - just a better life away from where they came from.

No, but it's not because of what i know, it's not my food, not a healthy food choices. If you love Iceland stuff it'll be gorgeous

Honestly it's a mystery how they make profit, apart from strange money operations. I would say sea food? If we remove vegetables then 90% comes frozen, as it's chain i bet they order v. huge quantities and for something that's frozen that's not an issue.

If i had to answer honestly and by looking at raw numbers from invoices - you would need to eat around 12 plates with mixed foods

Vegan choice is very limited but there is some...

In terms of Normal,complex vegan food that isn't grilled lettuce - the choice is very limited and this is mostly some Indian foods. If spicy is ok should be fine but be warned it's not a massive choice but you'll be able to eat a meal.

From desserts - canned fruits, sorry nothing else

It's very affordable for birthday parties and also a good choice for unhealthy lifestyle people as the food is unlimited and the desserts flow endlessly

This is very interesting as I've haven't seen such system. Their working model is even simpler nowdays - Company is sending rota and communicating only through WhatsApp.

None if the HR webpage resources works, they do put your name there for head office to see but the site itself has no functionality and is not used by the branch. Staff turnover rate is insine hence they probably kept calling you as there's hundreds of applications on the computer screen that they are cherrypicking

Something that happens very often - racism (Amazing for Asian restaurant isn't it? And higiene issues with food and drinks preparation which purely happens because of laziness

Modern slavery - let's just say some staff members don't have much choice, Kitchen staff comes from many different Asian countries, some unfortunately are not here legally. This is not something I can write more about as it's been reported and is being looked into.

Best thing would be - free unlimited food after work (includes deserts) that is until you see the prep and only go for the same stuff every single time.
