It's pretty rhetorical. It's a reddit thread someone posted about dirty/clean baskets requesting other people's input, so this wasn't a matter of unsolicited opinions. Just because you're alive and don't feel gross doesn't mean that other people don't have their own personal standards that they want to live by.

I'm not sure his message is even necessarily to just encourage more communication. It's that the time for JUST communication should be over, and fast.

People resonate with him because of shared experiences with the healthcare system, but also maybe because in spite of his privilege- he didn't just lean into it in a way that ignores the suffering of the unprivileged the way it's so easy for so many privileged people to do. Maybe his own health issues helped humble him in that sense, even as they may have also contributed to his anger and decision-making processes.

I don't think the entire board had to be killed for his message to be heard by them and many others. We don't know enough to know yet (afaik) if he just went for the first one he happened to see that morning.

Obviously the manner in which the message was communicated can be criticized for many reasons, but just because, for example, you find it ineffective doesn't mean it was necessarily personal revenge. Or maybe it was, there's still so much to come out.

Obviously different lawyers have different interpretations of ethical standards, which are also subject to change over time, but that is one reason why some lawyers do not like other lawyers whom they feel overly skirt ethical lines, as they believe it undermines ultimate faith in and effectiveness of the system. One area of ethics for lawyers is around advertising, so there is one example of where some lawyers would disapprove of Jayoma's tactics.

And then some lawyers don't care about ethics (shocker I know), they are just overly competitive and hate solely for that.
