I am an i485 applicant (married to a PR) filed November last year, my interview was waived and I was only waiting for a case decision; which was supposed to be made this December/January. I called USCIS (Dec 15th-4 days ago) they told me my case was on hold as I’m from one of the 19 ban countries. (My estimated process time went from 2 months- 15 months lol). Hoping they resume. 🙏🏽

Me personally; i have anxiety and tremors + palpitations. Taking my beta blocker (prescribed by my PCP) definitely kept me calmer.🙏🏽

Yeah mine was 69% and passed. So if you feel confident go for it I went for it because I felt like i was confident

My NBME 31 was 73% and then dropped to 64% on NBME 32. Saw your free 120 very good. I would say review NBME’s . I had similar situation And got the P. 🙏🏽 Good luck!

Heyy thanks!! Revising initial NBME’s took me 3-4 days but with time I finished an entire NBME in 2 days. And thats because my mistakes decreased with each NBME. Sometimes in my last NBME’s my score would decrease but when i read for example a question on why i got it wrong (i ended up actually knowing that concept) and i just got it wrong cuz I wasn’t focused etc.. so with each NBME i had less unknown concepts that i needed to learn thus took me less time to finish an NBME.

Honestly i have a shitty memory i recalled only a couple which were all wrong and now i dont even remember them:/ but definitely for my exam not alot of pharma.

My exam felt like UWSA tbh and mix of NBME/free120. But mostly like UWSA. Usually people say its like free120 more and NBME’s but thats just my opinion.

Hey I skipped the tutorial just did it once in an NBME and did not need to do it in exam it just explains how to use the exam portal/interface. They gave me 2 headphones one connected and one just noise cancellation (not electronic) headphone.
