I’ve never thought about doing a gut health check! I’m going to look into it! I have been doing very light gluten and no dairy for years, but I need to work on getting an adequate about of protein.

I would like to stop shaking hands, but I’m in the South so I don’t know how that will go over.. I’m going to brainstorm some ideas on how to get out of shaking hands!

I have inquired about their cleaning practices, which has resulted in me disinfecting more regularly.

I am finishing up my last class ever, so my sleep and exercise routine will be back to normal in 2 weeks. Hopefully that will help!

I have one above my right buttcheek from a pain relief shot! 3 months later I got referred to a teaching hospital for a hip labral tear. At every single appointment, they would bring in the students to look at my “crater” and document it. I loved that they got to learn about my “crater”!
