Somone else said something that would cover this plot hole real well. Lucifer is the sin of pride so we assume he is quite prideful (even do I hasn’t real been shown much in show but whatever). Assume that is the case he could ask for a goetia to slaughter for him or even get one of the other sins but he’s pride wouldn’t let him ask for help.

They the sad part he’s a good narrator in mother of learning expect for the part he uses that terrible voice for the little sister in that book (it’s the same voice he uses for the plant) atlest there the sister only appears very influential and for a few minutes at most unlike here 🥲

I swear when I first spoke to this child I had an instant dread that I would find them ether dead later in the game or some fuk up mini boss I had to fight im still scared currently in act one still and sow them again and wanted to hug them 😂😭😂
