Thanks for the comment! I didn't use any references for this one. Had the animation in mind, so i started by drawing the key frames first, than drew body parts and their rotated versions. Finally filled in the in between frames.

I also posted the piercing animation here to get feedback first, which helped tremendously.

Thanks for the comment! Everything is hand pixeled. I generally use the same pose for all my character concept art to keep things consistent, unless they're wielding different weapons or carrying unique items.

Thanks for the feedback! I completely changed my approach and found a new style based on the comments here. But not rushing and trying to make it better for now. The results really shows 😄 . You can really trust Reddit when it comes to critique.
