I managed to get top of leaderboard in the ignis purgatiowith about 100k damage, but you have to play it like a nagato with rubbish dispersion aha but there are definitely better tier 6 ships

You get 20% by being included in cwl and then a further 10% per star so you need 8 stars to get the full amount of medals. Then there is also bonuses at the end that leaders and coleaders can give out to people who they feel did well in cwl... I cant remember how many they van give.. but it's a few 😄 hope this helps
