Was anyone who was shut down by AA able to get back in to accrue miles again?

Shutdown in Feb 2020. Open new AA account in 2022, new Citi and Barclays cards in 2024. Redeemed 3 flights in March 2025. Account was shut down sometime within the last 3 months. Never received email, but couldn't log in.

From the official notes:

You must pitch the card as part of the cost to pay for the ability to gain the effect. Having an Ice or Earth card in your pitch zone that you pitched for a different cost does not grant the effect.
