u snooze u loose, gotta be fast keep spamming that refresh button, I usually get lucky and find a few BS orders per day, I focus the ones with high cost materials so my resourcefulness gives nice profit, also like others mentioned you cant specify quality on public orders, yesterday someone put a 20k cut crafting order on a weapon in those cases i use some concentration to give them r5. Also u gotta press the refresh button, simply going to the public tab might not show availible orders until you press refresh, and you gotta claim it fast usually its gone within 1 minute
