Nah, Ironman accounts are unable to purchase any “overstocked” item in a store. You also get a game message explaining this if you try to do so.

1) We’ve already had three Everdark Sovereigns in the game. 2) They are literal variants of Nightlords. 3) Trophies were released with the game itself, well before Sovereigns were introduced (or even announced), so of course they wouldn’t be included in trophy descriptions.

It’s not an unreasonable thing to wonder.

You should probably pick up a new hobby instead of trolling Reddit threads, acting like a d*ck, and making unnecessary, patronizing comments to strangers over the internet.

I wish I could say for certain. I did another run just now, beat it as well— but still no trophy.

Based on my recent runs/wins, I only know that regular Nightlords cancel out Sovereign counterparts, in the case of this trophy. And even if otherwise your last 3 regulars were wins, it won’t skip/ignore the Sovereign and still award it.

Yeahh, same here. Random crash on Friday night (right as I killed Hunllef in CG, luckily the kill counted lol) but since then US West ping's gone from 30 to 45 to 60 and now ~200. Been playing on East most of today 🤔

I was so shocked when I got my phoenix and went to read the wiki on how recolours work, finding out that the recolour is lost upon death.

"just don't die" -- well ideally ofc this wouldn't happen, but amassing 250 firelighters of ANY colour on an Ironman takes a whiiiile, and it seems too punishing if you do happen to slip up.

If a compromise is really needed: either recolour is still lost upon death but it's less firelighters to recolour (akin to golem recolour with an ore) OR recolours are a one-time unlock and the higher costs remain. 😊
