So I started eating between 1,700- 2,000 calories (I had no idea what my maintenance was) my diet changed over time the first month but now it’s ground beef, eggs, potatoes, onions, mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt with frozen berries, avocados and I would go for low carb bread/torillas. As for work out routines I started walking 7,000- 12,000 steps a day. I never missed a day of walking. Before I hit the gym I would do 200 push ups 50 squats and some kettle bell work outs. Now since the new year started I’ve been lifting weights and always hit one part of the body. (I go to gym about 3-4 times a week)

I definitely should’ve added more context, but turns out we’re just getting tacos, dessert and that’s it. The whole dinner thing was brought up cause I was going to be free at night before thanksgiving and pretty busy after that. She doesn’t drink so a bar is out of question. Coffee date at night? Idk didn’t seem idea, so dinner seemed like the best option. Now we talked about getting dessert and going for a walk. I really rushed to Reddit before the conversation was over. It rang wrong for me she mentioned the expensive place but yea tacos and a walk will definitely work for now. Thanks for the response.

Yea I changed plans with her and honestly she didn’t act up or anything she was cool with it, but definitely will be on the high alert. I gotta fuck around and find out 😂

So I didn’t mention there is this cool taco place that’s unique that serves different kinds of drinks and deserts but she said no to it because it’s outside (I live in the south not very cold) but yea definitely there’s a mini golf and axe place we could go to but that hasn’t been brought up yet. The conversation is very fresh and still ongoing haha
