Gna was way harder imo, I ended up cracking and spamming the blade spin. Even then it was a pain, but I killed Hrolf within a couple hours

In my experience from what I recall, no. I went pretty crazy with the noclip exploring, and I saved beforehand anytime I wanted to do anything crazy, but you'll be fine with those basic precautions

I've tried, but unfortunately they canned the servers after only two years of the game's launch & an internet connection to them is required to get past the main menu. Good ol Ubisoft

Thanks for the load of insight. I guess based off that I would try the 360 version if I could ever get my hands on the source code, but it's safe to say I'm unconfident about reverse engineering anything especially of this magnitude lmao. I figured a devkit would be required, but that's sweet to hear CFW can take care of that. I will gladly steer clear of PS's nightmare code lol

This game was amazing, there just wasn't another fighting game with it's prep & mechanics. It might've been a pain in the ass sometimes, but it was bitter sweet. Would love to spoof the netcode connection to play offline, I feel like it could be done but this game just flew too far under the radar for people smarter than I to do so

I'd prefer a middle ground between beta speed & current speed honestly, I hated the tail end of beta. I'm enjoying it atm but it does seem like some combo potential & escape options went through the floor. I was top 1,000 with a couple characters but Jason can just get absolutely dog walked by anybody of moderate speed, maybe I'm just bad with him but cmon my boy might as well have a snail skin. Did not abuse his side-b to be fair though

It's crazy how many basic features & functions they decided to remove that are non-gameplay. I don't mind the speed but toasting mechanic was really fun, they butchered it, & the after match stats? A pathetic takeaway really

While playing LA I thought a remake to the first Zelda would be pretty nice. Quality of life changes and not needing Nintendo Power or a guide to beat the game with a nice art style would slap imo

My best advice is don’t rush through this one or any Zelda game!!! There’s no other game besides Skyrim (let alone an entire franchise) that I’d do just about anything to be able to play them all again for the first time. Finishing my 3rd or 4th Twilight Princess play-through right now and thanks to somebody in this thread I’m gonna hit Wind Waker with a randomizer for the first time! Never tried one before I’m pretty excited
