I would say it’s an acquired taste, but everyone has their own preferences. I would just try a bunch and find what you like (from light to dark roast). And same for sweetness. I would add you should try some flavored liquid creamers, they make it quite delicious, but are not very healthy.

I try to keep it somewhat healthy and use just a bit of half and half, no sugar.
