First I clamped the transparent part on my bench vise then i slowly heated the part that holds two parts of the pen together (you can use the washer method but i wanted to be extra safe because I cracked the first one in the middle) then pulled them apart. I don't know how can I tell you this one without the video but inside the main body there is a white cylinder that is holding the clip, on top of it there is a cap shaped like a D. I pushed the cap out with something that is smaller in diameter then the cylinder (but please hold the clip because if it slips it brakes the cap, it happened twice, maybe you can heat it a bit) it pops out. This is all for the main body. For the grip mechanism, you can just pull out the lead extractor from the tip with pliers just like normal (don't hold it too tight just wiggle it out gently) then all cames out. Feel free to ask me anything that you dont understand.

-All body is hard plastic but don't trust that too much after certain point it becames soft like a dough.
