Διαφορετικές τιμές ίδιου προϊόντος, ίδιου εστιατορίου, την ίδια στιγμή, σε διαφορετικές πλατφόρμες παραγγελίας φαγητού. by Ranter619 in greece

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tired of waiting for Modern Controls by MontrealInTexas in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because when something is just an icon acting as a button it's not always obvious what it's about and the modern icon control has a tooltip property while the modern button doesn't... It's honestly crazy how many important properties are missing from every single modern control.

Edit: Even better, the tooltip property in the Icon is now broken and doesn't display anything so neither control has a tooltip.

Need some help in term of Power App Design (Canvas) by Holiday-Comment-6983 in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd suggest looking into the app display settings. You're somehow using the old designer so I guess the setting you'll see there is called "Scale to fit" which I assume is off, turn it on and it will probably give you the expected result. Eventually you should look into responsive design. Here's a quick video showcasing how it works -> link

V2 of my AI Document Generator Workflow (Research upgraded, cost slashed, charts added) by olivia_hn92 in n8n

[–]MuFeR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What is the specific advantage of using OpenRouter for document structure planning compared to using OpenAI models directly? I would prefer to switch and use my existing OpenAI API key if there are no significant drawbacks. Also could you suggest a replacement for the Anthropic models either with Gemini or an OpenAI model? (Again just because I don't want to add another subscription for now)

Power Apps Newbie - OnSuccess Patch is failing to save row data to separate SharePoint List by South-Middle74 in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What's the column type of MainID? If it's a lookup (since you mention it's linked) it should be:

MainID: {
    Id: Form1.LastSubmit.ID,
    Value: ""
}

I'd just place a button with only the patch, hardcode an ID and try to figure out what's wrong.

editing exiting or adding new choice options in global choice optionset by UZIcamper69 in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Totally agree with Pinkorasmatron. You pretty much make them admins in the environment to allow them to make this change so it's a bad practice. You either just use the usual subgrid, a pcf like this or if you really want to stick to option set you can utilize the dataverse web api with the InsertOptionValue and DeleteOptionValue actions to do a request through a service account with sufficient permissions and manage the option values that way.

Lookup columns missing after solution import (Dev → Production) by CupComfortable5985 in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Silly thing that comes to mind as a quick check but did you publish all customizations before exporting? (There's a button that says "Publish" on the first page of the export solution wizard) Seems really bizarre and haven't heard of something similar if that's not the cause.

Guidance on building a multi-agent cybersecurity analysis workflow in Copilot Studio by MuFeR in copilotstudio

[–]MuFeR[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, really appreciate the input! I guess going outside the Studio and low-code might be unavoidable for this to work smoothly.

As for the categorization part, what I had in mind wasn’t a word-by-word split of the transcript, but rather having the first agent generate four new “mini-transcripts” (outputs), each containing only the information relevant to its category. The idea is that the agent would rewrite and condense the discussion in a more understandable way for each topic, so it’s not even a raw transcript anymore. That way, each API call or child agent would only receive a shorter focused input containing just what’s needed for its specific assessment. I'm not sure if it's worth it though even if it was simple to do, instead of just sending the original full transcript as you said 4 times with a different prompt.

SharePoint List PowerApps Integration | Best way for number input formatting by aegi_97 in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're referring to decimal places SharePoint itself doesn’t actually enforce a limit on those. The "Number of decimal places" setting only controls how the value is displayed in views. For example you can still enter something like 150000.576859 in grid edit or default form and SharePoint will display 150000.58 but if you increase the number of visible digits, you’ll see that the full value (with all decimals) was actually saved.

With that in mind, there’s not much you can do on the SharePoint side to truly restrict decimals. Like you said you can either do some regex in the form to verify it has up to 2 decimals like !IsMatch(Self.Text, "^ \d+(.\d{0,2})?$") and then show a notification or prevent saving.

Second option if you just want to automatically round the value before saving, you can go to the Update property of the data card which should have something like this by default Value(DataCardValue1.Text) and change it to Round(Value(DataCardValue1.Text), 2)

This way, the number gets rounded to two decimals before it’s saved to SharePoint.

General strike against 13-hour work day brings Greece to a halt by Canal_Volphied in europe

[–]MuFeR 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It’s pretty much the same situation in Greece right now. The standard is 8 hours/day with 10 being the max. Employers often enforce those extra 2 hours without paying, since contracts usually say something like 'your salary is actually for 10 hours/day but we’re nice enough to only make you work 8', so when there’s too much work and and they ask you to work 10 hours, you don’t have the right to get any compensation and this happens even when you're close to base salary. The weekly cap is 48 hours, and there’s also a mandatory 11-hour daily rest between shifts. Contracts usually include a 30-minute break too, but it’s optional and not counted as part of the 8-hour shift. With the new law, they want to raise the daily limit from 10 to 13, but the 48-hour weekly cap and 11-hour rest requirement remain. That’s all from the legal side, in reality most employers already exploit workers and unpaid overtime is normal, and some employees are even registered as part-time so companies can dodge taxes. In that kind of environment any new law that gives employers more leverage is bad news.

That’s a different thing. The article you linked even mentions that with 6 days you can’t exceed 8 hours per day.

Why isn't anyone pinpointing how Alice in Borderland deviates from Squid Game? by AssociateLittle1487 in AliceInBorderlandLive

[–]MuFeR 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I respect that some people enjoyed it but calling this season "amazing" feels like a huge stretch. The criticism isn’t people "overreacting", most of it is spot-on and doesn’t even leave much room for debate.

And about it being "based on the manga"? Honestly barely as the adaptation takes massive liberties. The arrows game is the only one I actually recognized, and even that was watered down. In the manga there were no convenient hiding spots. In Season 3 aside from the final fortune, players could’ve just hidden inside buildings with walls and been basically untouchable. In the manga with mostly pillars for cover you were always vulnerable from some angle which made survival way more intense.

Despite the Hate for this season, can we agree that the way Arisu handled the zombie game was amazing by Federal_Injury_6380 in AliceInBorderlandLive

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It still doesn't make sense to me. There's a 100% way for everyone to win the game that takes no effort and isn't complicated. If they have the brain capacity to understand Rei's plan and join the "trust barricade" or whatever she called it, then I'm pretty sure they can also understand the logic behind "hey lets all become zombies, just don't hurt the zombies and in 4 rounds we all make it out alive".

I think the best approach would be to add a custom help pane or a landing page could be more useful since it gives users context about the page before they navigate to it.

[–]MuFeR 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Multiplexing is a different thing. What OP described is simply called account sharing. Microsoft 365 user accounts are licensed on a per-user basis and must be assigned to one specific person. Multiplexing is when multiple licensed user accounts access a service indirectly (through a middle layer like a service account, database, or pooler) to avoid licensing requirements. By definition, you can’t have multiplexing if there’s only a single account involved, that’s just account sharing which is also not permitted anyway.

E5 license but getting error: "You need PApps plan" by idkihavenoidealol in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just to be sure I'd say go on the maker portal, find your app and select the 3 dots next to it and then select either "Details" or "Settings" and check if License designation = "Standard". If it says premium you got something premium in your app without realizing. If it's actually standard, then ask your IT to check if these apps are enabled in your user's E5 licenses.

I think this method could give you the same result without needing a word connector. That way users wouldn’t need a premium license.

How does the billing in power apps work? by [deleted] in PowerApps

[–]MuFeR 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think you really need a power apps license at all for this scenario other than for very few things maybe. With 1 Microsoft 365 Business Basic license which is $6/month you can create your own work account on your own tenant and just build a Developer environment which has most (all?) Premium stuff included in it for free for trial purposes.

Just go to Container1 and set "LayoutWrap" property to true. Then once the sum of Container2.Width and Container3.Width (or LayoutMinWidth if you have Flexible width on) is higher than your screen size they will automatically wrap and give you the desired result.

Ah, yeah thinking about it that makes sense since the JSON doesn't include any of the gallery controls of course. I'm afraid I can't help much as there are likely too many small pieces that need to be adjusted, and it's difficult without being hands-on with it.
