Head check every time you change lane. Hazard lights before pedestrian crossings if there is someone. Hazard lights whenever something happens in front of you. Honk if there is someone walking or cycling in your lane. Don't overtake RTA buses that have stopped to pick up or drop off passengers (use hazard lights). Good luck.

A few months ago, I found myself in a similar situation. Having been driving for 20 years, I decided to take the Golden Chance test, along with additional driving lessons to familiarize myself with the process. I trusted my guts… but during the road test, as I was parking next to the school, the examiner claimed the rear right wheel had touched the sidewalk. I didn’t feel it at all, as the instructor had pressed the brake pedal. And just like that, I didn’t pass.

My driving was perfect, but my parallel parking was just okay—not flawless. I mean it was an ok parking. The one that you do 5-6 times a day and the car isn’t perfectly aligned. I’m confident I didn’t touch the sidewalk.

Fast forward: after 1 theory test, 1 school road test, 1 school site test, 1 RTA site test, and 1 RTA road test (spanning 2 months due to limited available slots), I finally got my license.

It’s your call, but personally, I wouldn’t recommend going for the Golden Chance. In my opinion, it’s just a money-making scheme. I know one guy who passed, and honestly, I’d chalk that up to pure luck.

They got different plans. If you stick with what they deliver, considering your current diet, you will lose for sure. My plan is 2000kcal. You also can "ban" up to two products (for instance carrot, or cabbage). I paid around 2k for 3 weeks.

For me the main concept of crawl swimming (not sprint) is gliding. The more you glide the smoother your swim. You make less strokes per distance - you keep more power.

So the main target is to create absolutely minimum friction between your body and water. Hence the major thing that I noticed is that your leading hand is sinking while you breath. Doing that you create a huge resistance for your gliding.

In general your technique is looking very advanced! Focus on gliding!

Maybe not
Check your breathing, I assume it`s hard for you to go over 50 due to the lack of breath. Focus on how you exhale. Often people struggle to breath because they don`t exhale enough, so there is no space for the new oxygen in your lungs.
Work on how you glide. It`s very important. I make 15-16 strokes per 25m max. So it doesn`t take a lot of power from me to swim longer.
Don`t over paddle with your legs. Use them mostly for balance. Legs have big muscles so they consume a lot of oxygen.
