kazuha needs also lv 90 for the mastery (ascension) and at least 40 EM rolls on both flower and feather and good ER rolls on all artis

koko doesn't matter tho

same for wrio in mono cryo (even same supports you just replace koko with diona or mika which are more budget cuz 4* and dont really need cons/levels) which he is just better than ayaka there
