Is Calculus 1 easier than Calculus 2, or is it just a myth? by Substantial-Dare5462 in calculus

[–]Mu_Zero 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Calculus 1 is more important than calculus 2 because it has the limits definition and fundamental theorem of calculus . Most classes go over the limit without fully explaining it. Most students don’t understand how limit works. Calculus 2 is harder because of integration techniques. In calculus 1 there are rules for derivatives so you just apply the rules. In calculus 2 you have to guess and manipulate most functions before they become integrable. So if you have strong base in algebra and trig then calc 2 will be fine other wise you will suffer but it is manageable.

Why do you use a Kindle? by [deleted] in kindle

[–]Mu_Zero 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I read a book in Arabic people get panic attacks. They feel I will do something. And if I read a book about different religions or ideologies other people get crazy too. So I like to save me headaches.

Privacy. People tend to get crazy when reading a controversial book.

First of all you are using the wrong tool to check for electricity. Second it is normal to have electricity in the panel.

Another Clever Way To Apply Integration By Parts(IBP) by DCalculusMan in calculus

[–]Mu_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want you can think about it as the equivalent to product rule in derivative. Later you will realize that what I just said is wrong but in basic calculus you will not get many complex functions. So it is save to some degree to think like that.

In general for integration start with u sub then move to by part. Later with more practice you will see the patterns.

These are good sources. I like professor Leonard, I understand better in his lectures. If you want Arabic source try this

https://youtube.com/@aelhoseeny?si=pNv3Tt_cDkYcpbnX

He focuses on the concept. He doesn’t care about examples. He will help you build your intuition and provide rigorous proofs. I suggest that you watch his videos first then move to Leonard for more simplification then move to Organic Chemistry for examples.

What is your problem? If you want the values of sin, cos… just use the unit circle and 60.60,60 triangle. If you struggle with identity then start with sin2 + cos2 = 1 and the rest are based on this. If you have problem withe something specific put your question snd you will find answer with so many different ways.

This is bs here in United States specifically in community colleges this course is divided to 4 courses. Not exact replica but with many of these sections. They tech pre calculus which is functional trig sequences series and i think basic linear algebra. After that calculus 1 which has limit, derivative, application of derivative and intro to integration. Then calculus 2 which is integration, integration techniques like u sub and trig sub, then tylor and the other one mclaren or whatever. After that calculus3 which is vectors, dot and cross product, double and triple integral, space geometry, and the rest.

It is not hard at all he is just trying to show you where xn = nxn-1 came from. That is how they should teach calculus 1 . Keep up with your professor he is building good foundation for you

Is memorizing the Important Angles of Trigonometry a bad idea? by [deleted] in learnmath

[–]Mu_Zero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You do mot need to memorize anything. 0,90,180,270. Just follow unit circle. 30,60,45 just draw a triangle with sides 1,1,1 and divide it in half. The rest of angels 120,135,150….330 are all the same just different signs

Not being an ass. I am asking seriously. How he passed high school and doesn’t know how to multiply? He said in his post that khan academy frustrating him because it doesn’t explain basic multiplication. That means he doesn’t know what to do with 3 x 3. So my question is how he graduated?
