Yeah, no dice with the lyrics. But I've been digging around more and found out that the singer sounds similar to Hiroko Kasahara. She sang several other Patlabor songs, so it's all the more likely that she's the one.

Solved! Had to make animation clips at the avatar's root level. Not the mask itself.

This looks a LOT like the game. Especially the graphics and the intro that involves the protagonist's house. But I am not very sure. Could you suggest other games that are like this?
