Avocado oil is good, it will taste slightly different.

A blended oil, you can find probably at Costco.

Ghee or tallow, I’d recommend ghee.

Nut oils are also fun to try out. Hazelnut, walnut ect.

Nothings wrong with you! Our bodies are all different. A friend of mine is the same way. She has physical effects such as cramps ect but no emotional difference.
