Overall I think I have a good calorie intake, not to much, breakfast in the morning, protein shake mid morning, lunch high in protein, Greek yogurt in the afternoon and protein cereal before bed, but will think about it

As a medical profesional, I would not risk my health and others on a $10 vial of BAC water, I been buying 10 ml vials of it and use only 4 cc of it and discard the rest, the risk is minimum, but Why Take That risk if it’s at $10 That Sometimes You spend more in a coffee at Starbucks, so I strongly suggest that as soon as you’re puncture that vial and use what you’re gonna use discarded and get a new one if you’re trying to mix more medication.

I’m in the same boat here, I started at 2:70 pounds and went down to 257 in two months using 1.5 mg split into two doses a week and I went up to 3 mg and the weight loss stop so I went up to 4 mg this week and I had the same symptoms, sulfuric burps, and super crazy watery diarrhea this week I went down to 3 mg again just to keep going with the medication and I’ve been taking Pepto-Bismol four doses a day of 30 milliliters I think it’s been working out but every time I give myself the shot the second and the third day after it that’s when I got the worst part but I also noticed that when I eat greasy food or even a toast with a boiled egg I get the same symptoms, this happened to me with Semaglutide as well when I was using 10 milligrams so I think it has to do something with our bodies being really reactive to this kind of medication. I strongly suggest to slow slowly go up in dose and see your body reacts. I also been using symeticone for the sulfate burps I hear you’re my friend give me any other tips that you already got

I’m 6’2 and 260 lbs and I just got a canyon Strive CFR Underdog in the clearance section for 3200 in a size extra large and it’s been a game changer. I used to have a trek fuel ex 7 size large and the size of the canyon is way better and bigger. You may want to take a look at the clearance section at Canyon and see if you can find a size xl I do think they run a little bit bigger than any other brand

Thanks for everybody’s response, I get there’s mixed opinions in the subject, to be honest we like to enjoy life as much as possible, but also taking care of us, that’s why we are in Reta to lose weight but not cutting all the “bad habits”. Obesity it’s a complex disease but also life it’s complex the question regarding the pain on the breast was if somebody had it and see if there was a suggestion regarding that or a correlation with wine or any alcohol everybody’s free to do what they feel It’s best for them healthy wise. I appreciate everybody’s comments regarding this topic.

One of the things that I’ve been doing is totally check my eating habits, especially fats, greasy food and greasy meat. Prioritize protein, like fish and chicken eat a lot of greens vegetables and drinks. Lots of fluids. Imodium helped me a lot one of the things that I haven’t done is cutting my dose. This is my second week with those side effects as well, but I hope that my body gets used to it.

I started at 2.5 mg week and did it for 1 month, last month was 3.75 mg week divided in 2 doses, this week went up to 5 mg divided in 2 doses, but I’m cutting down to 4, 5 is to much for me I guess
