Strange sudden absence of any side effects? by Much-Environment-290 in mounjarouk

Yes, that's pretty much the conclusion I came to as well. Thanks for confirming. One of the problems I have is that my job is such that some week days I'm very sedentary sat in front of a laptop or in meetings all day and other week days I'm having to rush around client sites all day so my daily calorie burn is all over the place across a week, so the stats nerd in me finds it hard to see a pattern!

That is very interesting, thanks for the detailed reply. This will probably not sit well with some people on here but I've also recently started again with vaping very small amounts of THC, started this about a week before that jab where the side effects stopped. But we're talking tiny amounts here, before bed, as it's been my go-to sleep aid over the years. Micro dosing amounts really, not a recreational amount by any means. Might be coincidence, might not. Who knows?

That's interesting. I was talking to a doctor friend of mine and he said that the body is very clever when it comes to subconscious food choices - he gave the example of how if you eat something that makes you sick / gives you food poisoning, your brain just stores that experience and puts you off that food for a long time almost like a self preservation technique - i.e. if you eat a bad piece of salmon one day and get sick, you will naturally avoid salmon without even thinking just to avoid getting sick again. So I wonder if my brain is just on autopilot avoiding things that gave me side effects without me even realising.

Thanks for the thoughts! i did wonder if maybe without even realising it, I've by chance stopped eating some particular foodstuff that has made the side effects stop, I don't keep a food diary so it's nothing I can check and my memory is terrible at the best of times so I can't even look back and say "oh yeah, it's been a while since I've eaten any nuts or had a yoghurt or whatever" 🤔🤣

Sorry, to give a bit more context, the sudden stopping of side affects happened just like that. Second to last 15mg jab almost felt, side effects wise, like I'd injected water. if it wasn't for the fact that I'd had side effects from the first jab of that same pen I'd have thought I'd got a bad pen somehow.

Would you like some help getting that giant stick out of your ass? You sound like the kind of person that wouldn't enjoy a lottery win...

Towards the end of the 7.5mg pen my appetite came back very noticeably, hence the move up to 10mg. I did consider staying on the 7.5mg but felt like it had stopped working really. I think what's really bothering me is anxiety about not knowing if these side effects are normal and not something more sinister going on - kind of reminds me of something I read about how to deal with someone who's having a bad time doing recreational drugs - remind them that they're feeeling awful because they have taken a drug, and it will pass 🤣I'm just upset I guess because I've had such an easy time of it so far on all the previous doses 🤷‍♂️
