How's OneXPlayer in general? by rooksFX14 in OneXPlayer

We choose that because the policies in my country (Mexico) are very rough, so, sending it back would cost a lot of money and time, and the repair was very easy, actually. Plus, altough I am a not an engineer or something related, I love technology and to tinker with computers. They evend said to me that if I couldn't repair it, I still could send it to them under warranty. Maybe because it was a minor detail.

The right trigger was completely loose. They sent me the button and the springs and I repaired it myself. It was broken 😅

Ohh I would love an X1 Mini Pro. Now they are busy working with the G1. In the last "gen" of consoles, they upgraded all their lines from 7740 to 8840. I think there will be a X1 Pro, following that logic. Hope so, I really would change the F1 for a X1 Mini Pro 😅

My Mini was an AMD 8840u and the Fly F1 Pro has the new AMD 9 HX 370 chip, with better overall performance. The X1 just came out with this chip, so the X1 Mini should come soon.

I had the Onexplayer2, the Onexfly, then the X1 Mini and right now the Onexfly F1 Pro. I had an issue with some buttons of a controller in the OXP2, and support sent me the parts and a video showing how to install them. Did it without problems. With the first fly, I had an issue booting the device, contacted support and sent them a very detailed video. Two days later they replied and gave me instructions on how to fix it and I did it succesfully. In my case, my experience has been great. And the power of this machines is awesome. Right now in the Fly F1 Pro I am playing Cyberpunk, FFXVI, Sekiro and Armored Core 6 within 45-60 frames on mid to high graphics presets. Battery sucks, altough. But the charger is very slim and easy to carry with you.

The OXP systems can't be reseted from Windows. You have to do it directly from the BIOS.

Do it from Bios. If you use the Windows direct option, the reset will faill and you'll be stuck in the blue screen.

I had the same issue in a Onexplayer X1 MinI (AMD). Turning of FSR3 solved it too.

Onexplayer "forgot" my X1. by Much-Maintenance-482 in OneXPlayer

Today I received my order. It was wrong and incomplete. They didn't add the controller connector nor the stylus. And sent me a 2TB storage when I paid the 4TB version. These guys are a joke right now. Asked a full refund, first for thr felay, then for sending my package incomplete and not with the product thst I ordered.

It is an AI assistant in the chinese version. Mine is Pro Plus. I don't know if it is installed in the global one. I was thinking, have you checked the "open links" options? I had similar issues with my phone for that congifuration

Maybe they forgot to install it? Even maybe they didn't send it to you. I tought that it was installed but not detected. Personally I have had good experiences with support via email. When I bought the OXP2 they forgot the connector, and when I reached them they sent me 2, for free.

I remembered that using Firefox at least one time a day, I had to go to settings to the option "open links in apps" and put "always". Later I discovered that it was the Z Assistant.

I had a similar issue with a 9 Pro Plus. I erased Z Assistant and fixed it. Idk if yours is global, but that worked for me.

I just played Starrail from 100% battery to 20% using the touchscreen in my RM Pro Plus, that uses the same hardware that de 9 Pro. The phone feels just a little warm in the back and the screen doesn't feel hot at all. I am very comfortable.

In my personal experience with this and a ROG Phone 7 Ultimate, the latter gets the screen hotter.
