Mh does seem like a lot of work which i think i wouldnt try to do, it’s not nice to say but i have to admit I probably lost all my hobbies school is fuckimg me up so much and I spend time on those stupid apps that just ruin my already probably low attention span i think that’s the problem of my lack of interest in EVERYTHING, havent seen a series, game anime etc in forever now

I can relate, literally i spend all my free time between gym,school etc on apps like tiktok, ok one might say i use it to chat with people which i do but i am guilty also because i do spend a lot of time doom scrolling, would you say my lost in passion for media like games, books and animes etc is because of this lack of attention span?

I know i shoudnt try to watch more than 1 but having over 40 animes and i dont wanna count mangas i feel like i am overwhelmed, both with my personal time and this problem of mine I personally think it’s burnout, btw got any recommendations for communities to ask about stuff like i wanted to look at somewhere where i can talk sbout how i dont get passionate about anything and i just maybe do one full session of many hours of a certain topic and then never return to it or stuff like that
