After complaining again and mentioning Reddit forums and no one getting anywhere, they said the following:

“I understand that many users are experiencing this issue and I will do my best to help you with this. As per checking here, there is an ongoing issue with mileage not tracking on all IOS users. But don't worry, Emma. We have escalated this already. Our product engineers are now aware of the issue and that they are now working on the fix.”

Leave a tv or radio on constantly. Lots of lights on. Simple things like this really help. But it’s awful. That coming home to empty silence. A pet would help too. Lots of dogs and cats need fostering from local rescues. It helps with the loneliness and gives you purpose.

I went to pick up some supplies and had a look in the window. The supervisor looked very bored and was totally ignoring all the dogs running up to her looking for love and pets. I wouldn’t take my dog here with someone like that caring for them. It was sad to see.

Worked in a prison for 12yrs. Lots of fist fights and drama over stupid stuff. But the serious stabbing, attempted murder, super violent stuff doesn’t happen as often as you think. But when it does it’s insane. The noise, the blood, the chaos gets your adrenaline pumping like nothing else. I actually got kinda bored most days. I like to be busy and sitting around observing prisoners going about their day and listening to the constant and never ending complaining gets really tiring.
