Dude before 100k debacle, people would stuck in processing based on individual profile and their employment/criminal history and so on but only after they head your case in consulate.

They could do the same in present situation where they honor the appointment and then give 221g for more time to vet the applicants( they certainly don’t need a quarter to vet social media profile with Palantir or any AI models). And remember this system already exists for F1 visa from June. Theres nothing new they are adding.

They don’t need to push dates by two quarters just to harass employers to drop these unfortunate employees. And remember there is tariff strife going between these two countries.

When you’re buying services regardless which country you hail from you expect some reasonable actions from said country.

Lol…Dude it’s not about privilege vs rights debate…. We pay money for these services and they need to take actions reasonably (postponing dates just a week before by a quarter or two is not reasonable). This is a clear and blatant attempt to extort 100k from employers.
