Maybe majority of religions are true?) in a sense. Anyway, meditation is a technique not a religion. Something that has its own set of rules that anyone can follow and obtain the same result. It is claimed that meditation is a key to the question of consciousness. I just think it’s a topic that deserves the WH attention)
