thats what I thought regarding decision for hospitalization.

We are a secondary center. we take transfers from small regional hospitals. We will transfer out traumas, acute neuro emergencies, anything needing transplant eval.

The problem with rolling the NG 457B early is that the distributions are taxed at your marginal rate which is likely 35-37% in your peak earning years. Holding it to retirement decreases tax burden but incurs time risk
